Job Overview

The Business Analyst Intern – Aftersales Planning supports the definition, monitoring and optimization of Aftersales commercial strategies. The role provides analytical insights and close collaboration with Fieldforce and cross‑functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, and it enhances planning processes.

Responsibilities
- Monitor Commercial Performance KPIs and generate insights
- Manage and automate daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Provide data-driven support to Fieldforce during negotiations
- Develop dashboards and performance analyses to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency
- Contribute to Market Commercial Policy definition and impact evaluation

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering,



Business Administration or other related fields
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP BO is a plus
- English proficiency (B1 or higher)
