About the role
Become a vital member of sibill's Sales team as a Sales Development Representative. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Italy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify their financial hurdles and guide them toward effective solutions using our integrated platform. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn quickly, excel in a dynamic environment, and play a significant role in driving the company's growth.

- Compensation: €36,000 - €40,000 OTE, plus uncapped bonuses with accelerators

What you'll do
- Develop a deep understanding of the sibill product and its applications to effectively advise businesses on their needs.
- Conduct thorough qualification of Italian SMEs on a daily basis, pinpointing those with relevant challenges and appropriate timing for engagement.
- Engage with prospects via phone,



maintaining high standards of interaction volume and quality, while actively listening to their needs to spark interest.
- Schedule and conduct high-quality product demonstrations that create real opportunities for the Account Executives.
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and managing your time effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that can enhance overall team performance.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads efficiently, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features and market trends, enhancing your ability to serve clients effectively.
