About the role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle hiring at Raven: sourcing, screening, and closing exceptional people across engineering, trading, and operations. Most roles are senior and technical.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to build strong pipelines for senior technical roles
- Proactively source passive candidates across Europe
- Drive the interview process and support offer negotiation and closing




- Represent Raven at events and in relevant communities
- Track hiring metrics and continuously improve our recruiting playbook

Who you are
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience hiring senior technical profiles
- Comfortable reaching out and building relationships across Europe
- Organised, data-driven, high ownership mindset

Nice to have
- Experience in crypto, HFT, fintech, or Web3 hiring
- Familiarity with the Rust or systems programming community
