Lexroom is seeking a Customer Success Manager for mid-market clients in Italy to manage a growing portfolio of law firms and in-house legal teams. Your role will involve onboarding, renewals, and upselling, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with our solutions.
Requirements include 2 to 5 years in customer success or account management and fluency in Italian and English. The position offers a hybrid work model and an OTE compensation of €40,000 to €60,000.
