The Finance Manager will support the Executive Team and key stakeholders by providing high-quality financial management, reporting, and analysis within an international business environment. The role will play a critical part in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and insight in financial reporting, with a strong focus on shareholder reporting and performance analysis. The successful candidate will act as a trusted finance partner,
delivering clear financial insights to senior leadership and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. They will also have deep knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures within Chinese culture and protocol.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all reporting cycles.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to internal stakeholders and shareholders.
- Conduct deep financial analysis to support business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Support the preparation of shareholder reporting materials, including board-level presentations and financial summaries.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy.
