Grünenthal Group in Lombardy, Italy, seeks a Site GOBS Leader to drive the Global Operations Business System at the site level. You will report to Site Leadership and spearhead the transformation journey, building capabilities, mindset, and leadership behaviors that enable sustainable performance and continuous improvement.
You will develop and implement the Global Operational Excellence Strategy, act as Site Pillar Owner, collaborate with the Site Director, and lead a team of OPEX specialists
