Position Overview
The successful candidate will join the maintenance team with the objective of ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and operational continuity of the production systems. They will independently carry out preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance activities while contributing to the achievement and maintenance of the plant’s productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on utility, production equipments and all systems distributed throughout the production site.
· Operate utility production units and fluid distribution systems.
· Identify the root causes of failures and propose technical solutions aimed at continuously improving equipment reliability.
· Provide support and assistance for new projects.
· Perform and document system qualification and validation activities.
· Support on-site activities carried out by external technicians.




· Perform format changeovers and machine adjustments.
· Complete and keep maintenance documentation up to date, including work orders, logbooks, and related records.
· Proactively support housekeeping activities in the work environment.
Requirements
· Technical diploma in mechatronics or a related field.
· At least four years of experience as a maintenance technician.
· Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical, structured approach to work.
· Technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic diagrams, P&IDs;, and layouts.
· Knowledge of CMMS systems for managing maintenance activities.
· Willingness to work shifts.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
