Your Role
As a key member of our team, you'll bring your software development, application architecture, and problem-solving skills to build rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions. You'll leverage AI-powered development tools to improve code quality,
automate everyday tasks, and accelerate delivery while upholding high engineering standards.
As an AI Native – Senior Software Engineer , your mission is both internal and external. Externally, working with clients, you will:
- Design simple, scalable architectures tailored to a variety of situations and requirements using AI-driven approaches
- Proactively bring ideas to your client and teammates, discovering, testing, and adapting the tools and methods best suited to your mission's context
- Write code following best practices and a software craftsmanship mindset, augmented by AI
- Leverage AI tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Conduct code, accessibility, performance, and security audits, combining your expertise with AI-assisted analysis
- Listen, rephrase, translate ideas into diagrams, and create and facilitate workshops... in short, do whatever it takes to ensure continu
