In this role you will define and manage ING’s partnership ecosystem for Business Banking, shaping collaboration with partners to enrich the customer proposition. You will work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, negotiate agreements, and monitor performance. You will translate market insights into strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with ING standards and market trends. This position offers the chance to influence how partnerships scale and contribute to a customer-centric, innovative business banking offering.

- Support Senior team during negotiations with Partners across all phases
- Define requirements and manage the partnership lifecycle from initial requirements to contract and communication strategy




- Contribute to the strategic vision of Business Banking and elevate the offering
- Monitor launched partnerships, track market trends, and benchmark against competitors
- Create requirements and business cases to evolve the offering
- Participate in the design phase of partnership setup, ensuring market alignment and ING compliance
- Collect market insights to stay responsive to dynamics
- 5+ years of experience in banking/fintech/strategy consulting
- Proven track record in partnership start-up and management
- Strong knowledge of national and international Banking/Fintech markets, including innovation trends and competitors
- Autonomous, dynamic work style with ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to present to top management
