To create exceptional guest experiences, we are looking for a warm, attentive, and service-oriented Guest Experience Agent (m/f/d) who delights our guests through personalised care, tailored recommendations, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Your Tasks

Personally assisting our guests as the main point of contact for requests, questions, and special arrangements
Managing our WhatsApp guest service with prompt, professional, and personalised communication
Actively advising guests and upselling premium experiences, hotel services, and exclusive offers
Planning and organising individual guest stays, including transfers, restaurant reservations, exclusive experiences, and recommendations for excursions in the Dolomites
Receiving and coordinating room service orders
Working closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless and personalised service
Building long-term guest relationships and creating unforgettable holiday experiences

Your Profile

Professional experience in luxury hospitality, ideally as a Guest Experience Agent, Front Office Agent,



or Concierge
Warm personality with a strong service mindset and genuine enjoyment of guest interaction
Excellent understanding of individual guest needs and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Strong organisational skills with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a confident professional presence
Confident use of digital communication tools; experience with hotel management systems is an advantage
Excellent command of English, German, and Italian
