About The Role
Job Title : R&D; Material LABORATORY Engineer
Job Purpose : You will lead efforts to design,
develop and validate innovative testing for the future Bridgestone products; covering a wide range of activities from machine/instruments requirements definition and design or upgrade, multivariate analysis, automation, feasibility studies and related laboratory‑based analysis.
You will play a key role in the R&D; lab through your solid knowledge, primarily involved in planning and conducting experiments and analyzing results, either with a definite end use—for example to develop new methods, materials, processes or apparatus, or to broaden scientific understanding in general.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement and validate new characterizations (methods and/or new testing machines) providing proposals, solutions and original ideas, focusing on mechanism understanding, prediction of product performances, automation/digitalization (efficiency), quality (reliability) and sustainability.
- Assure the quality and efficiency of the most advanced laboratory techniques/machines outputs cooperating within the R&D; laboratory staff.
