Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced Customer Solutions Manager to guide Italy's largest enterprise customers along a multi-year cloud journey. You will coordinate AWS teams across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services to deliver outcomes for the customer.
You will translate strategic account plans into executable actions, lead education plans, roadmaps, executive briefings, go-live events, and govern successful migrations of major workloads.
