Business Development Manager/Sales Manager
Engineering Thermoplastics & Specialty Compounds
EPM Scientific have partnered exclusively with a leading European manufacturer of engineering thermoplastics and specialty compounds , supplying innovative material solutions to customers across automotive, electrical & electronics, industrial and consumer markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to lead business development and strategic account growth across Europe , while working closely with senior leadership and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth through new business development across Europe.
- Manage and develop key strategic customer relationships.
- Identify new opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1s, moulders, processors and distributors.
- Lead technically complex sales projects and customer developments.
- Work closely with Technical Service, R&D; and Product Management teams.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activity and new application opportunities.
- Support forecasting, business planning and commercial strategy execution.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales or key account management.
- Background within engineering thermoplastics, technical compounds, polymers, masterbatch, additives or specialty chemicals .
- Strong track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts.
- Commercially driven with a strong hunter mentality.
- Fluent English & Italian required. German, French or Spanish would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
- High level of autonomy and ownership .
