As we're looking for Senior / AI Native Builders (Based in Singapore) in AI Central , you will help build, productise, and deploy AI-powered products, MVPs, reusable assets, and new ventures for regulated and mission-critical sectors. You will work in live client contexts, turning ambiguous business challenges into working solutions that can be tested, adopted, and scaled across Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific region.
AI Central is NCS's enterprise AI capability spine, responsible for building differentiated AI platforms and reusable assets across sectors such as aviation, land transport, public safety, telecommunications, and government.
What will you do?
AI Product & Solution Delivery
- Lead the journey from client problem statement to working prototype, MVP, or deployable AI solution.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear product hypotheses, technical approaches, and execution plans.
- Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools.
- Drive fast experiments and iterative delivery cycles to validate desirability, feasibility, and business value.
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work directly with client technology and business leaders to understand business needs and shape AI-enabled products.
- Advise senior stakeholders on AI investment priorities, architecture decisions, and build-versus-buy choices.
- Challenge assumptions constructively and help create clarity through practical, outcome-focused execution.
