Job Description
Content Creator Manager – Replacement for maternity leave at Rosewood Hotel Group, Castiglion del Bosco, Tuscany, Italy. Full‑time on‑site position. Fixed term contract.
- Ideate, produce and oversee high‑quality photo and video content for digital platforms.
- Manage and update website content, coordinating with corporate team.
- Plan, create and execute social media campaigns and content calendars.
- Support digital marketing efforts across paid search, display and social media.
- Develop email marketing campaigns with visual and written content.
- Collaborate with food & beverage, spa, weddings and events teams for campaigns.
- Maintain property’s image and video library with up‑to‑date assets.
- Monitor online reputation and respond to feedback.
- Contribute to public relations initiatives and media opportunities.

Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in photo and video production in luxury, hospitality, travel or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven teamwork experience and ability to follow brand guidelines.




- Strong expertise across the entire photo and video production workflow.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects.
- Highly creative mindset with refined visual sensibility and strong storytelling ability.
- Excellent organisational and project‑management skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content performance analytics.
- Experience creating optimised social‑media content.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film Production, Visual Communication or Marketing.
- Experience using AI‑powered creative tools for content production.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign.
