About the role
Join a growing company as a founding member of the regional sales team. This role focuses on building new relationships with premium restaurants and stores in Italy. You will report to the Sales Lead and contribute to the company's expansion.
Key facts
Location: Viareggio/Lucca, Toscana
Engagement: Full-time contract (FTC)
Compensation: €35,200 - €44,000 gross per year (OTE), with a base salary of €17,200 - €26,000.
Classified as Livello 4 under CCNL Commercio e Terziario.
Team: All Cost Centers
What you'll do
- Identify, approach, present to, and secure new restaurant partners across your assigned area.
- Become an expert on local dining trends, including emerging restaurants and popular customer choices.
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Engage with restaurants via in-person visits, email, phone, or social media to demonstrate company technology.




- Address and resolve any concerns or hesitations from potential restaurant owners or managers.
- Participate in local restaurant and food industry events.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in targeting new business.
- Ability to confidently interact with partners and customers through various channels like face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or email.
- Skill in presenting product features and demonstrating industry knowledge to clients.
- Comfort with negotiation processes.
- Persistence and determination in pursuing business goals.
