This position focuses on helping clients expand their business and recognize the full value of Flexport's services. You will gain a deep understanding of client supply chains to propose and implement effective solutions. Clients rely on your professional and detailed management of their experience.

Salary: €41.600 - €57.200 EUR (gross annual base salary)
What you'll do
- Navigate complex client organizations, including key executives, to strengthen relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess account health and identify areas for improvement.
- Use client knowledge to find, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Monitor client financial health, report on financials, and ensure consistent payment schedules.
- Lead and participate in client onboarding and the creation of standard operating procedures.
- Define and guide implementation stages and timelines for new opportunities and clients.




- Collaborate with global teams across Asia, North America, and Latin America for consistent account management.
- Analyze client metrics data with Global Operations to meet expectations, address escalations, and resolve issues.
- Prepare and lead client touchpoints to demonstrate value and suggest performance improvements.
- Develop 3-year supply chain roadmaps for clients, aligning with their global business objectives.
- Drive product adoption among client stakeholders to ensure they fully vantaggi from Flexport.
- Regularly review and update client success criteria as their needs change.
- Continuously expand supply chain knowledge through training to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain and use data in Salesforce to monitor your book of business and enhance the client experience.
- Mentor and coach other Account Managers on client support and partnership building.
