Field Sales Partner at Doctolib. We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Partner to join our team in Rome, Italy, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the accessibility of healthcare services for patients. In this position, you will be the primary liaison between Doctolib and local healthcare providers, overseeing the entire sales process from the initial outreach to the finalization of contracts. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving patient care and streamlining operations for medical professionals.

What you'll do
- Initiate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings with local medical practices.
- Assess and qualify potential leads, ensuring a robust sales pipeline through regular follow-up and engagement.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations at medical facilities,



tailoring presentations to meet specific client needs and effectively addressing any concerns to secure agreements.
- Oversee the complete sales process, from contract negotiations to the initial training of new clients on our products.
- Ensure a seamless transition for new accounts by coordinating with the onboarding team.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as conversion rates, win rates, and sales cycle duration using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and continuously refine sales strategies for improved outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
