TXT e-Tech Srl, part of the TXT Group, is looking for 1 Windows/Java Tester to join a major client operating in the industrial/aerospace sector, based in Grottaglie (TA), Italy.

The selected candidate will join a diverse and multidisciplinary team, working directly at the client’s premises. They will contribute to the definition of traceability matrices between requirements and test specifications, the implementation of functional and performance tests, and the definition and implementation of pre-integration tests.

They will also be involved in the execution of stand-alone qualification and pre-integration functional test procedures, the analysis of test results, and the support of the analysis and resolution of anomalies identified during test procedure execution. The selected person will also contribute to the preparation of technical documentation supporting project activities.

Required Technical Skills

Experience in requirements analysis and use of the DOORS management tool;
Knowledge of the main virtualization tools, such as VMWare and VirtualBox;

Knowledge of the Java programming language;
Knowledge of the Java SE development environment and web-based applications developed in PHP;
Knowledge of XML/XSD, HTML, CSS and PHP;
Knowledge of the operating logic of MQTT middleware;
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python and Bash;
Familiarity with Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems;
Knowledge of software life cycles such as Waterfall, Iterative, Agile and Extreme Programming;
Knowledge of communication networks;
Experience with major development IDEs, such as Eclipse, JetBrains and Visual Studio;
Skills in test management and execution, preferably automated testing;
Knowledge of satellite telecommunications, such as Link Budget, satellite payloads, satellite terminals, monitoring and remote control of satellite terminals.
