What you’ll do

Develop and implement engagement strategies that establish market leadership, including creating margin frameworks and operational processes to support a scalable reseller channel.
Assume responsibility for revenue objectives associated with designated partners, transforming them into effective lead generation sources.




Facilitate productive account mapping sessions between Appian's sales and partner teams to collaboratively pinpoint opportunities within major enterprise accounts.
Craft and execute comprehensive business plans tailored for assigned partnerships.
Plan and implement demand generation initiatives specifically for partnerships operating in Italy.
Maintain a steady pipeline of partner-driven deals, providing consistent updates to Appian's sales and alliance leadership teams.
Collaborate closely with the partner experience and enablement team to ensure that regional delivery partners are knowledgeable and certified in the latest Appian solutions.
Act as the primary liaison between Appian's headquarters and the Italian partner network, customizing global strategies to meet regional requirements.
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Alliances, Channel Sales
