Doctolib is on the lookout for a dynamic Account Executive to become part of our vibrant team in Milan. In this pivotal role, you will act as the main liaison for healthcare institutions, overseeing the complete sales process. Your efforts will contribute significantly to enhancing access to medical services and streamlining the daily operations of healthcare professionals.
Key facts

Location: Milano, Italy. Engagement: Full-time, permanent position. Hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). Salary: 47,000 EUR - 57,000 EUR total annual gross (including performance-based bonuses). Uncapped premio structure available for exceeding sales targets.
What you'll do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to medical centers and clinics through various communication channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms.
Assess leads by pinpointing key decision-makers,



understanding their needs, and arranging high-quality meetings to discuss potential partnerships.
Deliver tailored online product demonstrations that align with the unique organizational structures of each client.
Oversee the entire negotiation process, from drafting customized commercial proposals to finalizing contracts.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to facilitate a seamless transition for new clients, ensuring they are well-supported from the outset.
Keep precise records in the CRM system and track performance metrics, such as conversion rates and the duration of the sales cycle.
Share insights and best practices with colleagues to foster the growth and success of the Italian sales team.
Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development within the sales domain.
Requirements

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales position, preferable within SaaS, technology
