Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator supports day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely movement of products throughout the distribution network. This role serves as a key coordination point between internal teams and external partners, helping maintain service levels, resolve issues,
and support overall operational flow.
The Logistics Coordinator plays an important role in shipment coordination, communication, and problem-solving, contributing to on-time, in-full delivery and a positive internal and external experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support on-time and accurate delivery.
Communicate with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status, ETAs, delays, and issues.
Schedule pickups, deliveries, and internal transfers as needed.
Track shipments and proactively identify and help resolve logistics exceptions or disruptions.
Maintain accurate shipping documentation and logistics records.
Support inventory movements and assist with reconciling shipment or inventory discrepancies.
Provide logistics-related updates and support to Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Relations teams.
