Key factsLocation: Milano, Italy. Engagement: Full-time, permanent position. Hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). Salary: 47,000 EUR - 57,000 EUR total annual gross (including performance-based bonuses). Uncapped premio structure available for exceeding sales targets.
What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to medical centers and clinics through various communication channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Assess leads by pinpointing key decision-makers,



understanding their needs, and arranging high-quality meetings to discuss potential partnerships.
- Deliver tailored online product demonstrations that align with the unique organizational structures of each client.
- Oversee the entire negotiation process, from drafting customized commercial proposals to finalizing contracts.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to facilitate a seamless transition for new clients, ensuring they are well-supported from the outset.
- Keep precise records in the CRM system and track performance metrics, such as conversion rates and the duration of the sales cycle.
- Share insights and best practices with colleagues to foster the growth and success of the Italian sales team.
