As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for Ammeraal Beltech Srl in North West Italy.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and collaborating with other Regional Area Managers to achieve overall sales targets.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success and shape the future of the business in the region.Scope & Dimensions:Knowledge & Relevant Industrial Market Experience Managing Sales in the OEMs & EUs of Industrial Conveyor Belting products Study and analysis of market potential, competitive landscape, geographical spread & customers to penetrate.Lead Generation,



collecting and Conversion to business opportunities and Sales.New & Existing Key Account Management,Customer complaint handling and resolution in coordination with the application engineering & MU.Self-driven with high level of customer centricity & building business relationships to deliver objectives.Team Management : drive a team of sales representatives in reaching sales target and apply all the company policiesCross functional team collaboration for NPD, Localization, Order Management, OTD Service Levels.Deliver targeted sales revenue and growth and accounts receivable.
CRM Sales force Management.Analyse, forecast and balance the product demand and supply in accordance to market requirements.Market and Competitor updates regularly to benchmark and for improved profitability & price increases.Ammeraal Beltech is the member of AMMEGA Group
