Within GOSP – Generali Operations Service Platform, we are seeking an experienced MS Copilot Studio Specialist .

Given the growing demand for enterprise AI agents and agentic automation solutions, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing,



developing, deploying, and maintaining Copilot Studio agents in enterprise environments, with solid experience in integrating agents with business processes, data sources, workflows, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for enterprise business scenarios.
- Translate business requirements into agent architectures, conversation flows, topics, actions, prompts, knowledge sources, and integrations.
- Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, security, compliance, and platform teams to identify, assess, and prioritize agent opportunities.
