You will act as a senior escalation point for complex and critical projects, collaborating closely with customers, general contractors, local project teams, engineering teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders.

The position requires travel across Europe and offers the opportunity to shape the future delivery model of large-scale Digital Buildings and mission-critical infrastructure projects. Your Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the successful execution of strategic Digital Buildings projects across Europe. Act as the primary coordination point between customers, general contractors, local project managers, engineering teams and business stakeholders. Ensure consistent project execution standards, engineering methodologies and documentation across multiple countries. Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement. Drive resolution of project escalations while maintaining strong customer relationships. Support local project teams during critical project phases, including commissioning and handover activities.
