Your Role
We are looking for a motivated graduate with a technical, engineering, or IT background who is passionate about industrial technologies, digital innovation,
and Artificial Intelligence. Based in Rovereto, you will contribute to a strategic project aimed at capturing, structuring, and enhancing the technical know-how of the manufacturing plant, transforming operational expertise into accessible digital knowledge and training resources through company-approved digital and AI solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Collect and map technical know-how from process experts, technicians, and key plant stakeholders.
- Structure and organize operational knowledge into standardized and easily accessible formats.
- Develop digital content, guidelines, procedures, and training materials to support knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Automation teams to identify critical knowledge areas.
- Support the creation and maintenance of centralized knowledge repositories and digital documentation systems.
- Contribute to the implementation of AI-base
