STAFF S.p.a. Filiale di Roma EUR, is looking for Inbound Call Center Operators for a client company, to be placed at the Turin office. The resources will manage incoming calls for various services, ensuring punctual, professional, and effective assistance to users. Main activities
- Management of inbound calls from customers and users.
- Opening and management of intervention requests.
- Collection and entry of information into company systems.
- Sorting of reports to competent contacts.
- Telephone support and management of requests in compliance with company procedures.
- Activity performed on multiple services, with particular reference to emergency services.

Requirements




- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Good familiarity with IT tools and PC usage.
- Precision, reliability, and ability to work following defined procedures.
- Teamwork attitude and customer orientation.
- Availability to work in shifts, with a prevalence of night shifts.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Working hours
- Total hours: 24 weekly hours .
- Predominant shift: 00:00 – 08:00 .
- Availability to work also on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays , according to shifts.
