Adecco Italia Spa, a leading international company in the food retail sector, is looking for:
Vice Store Manager
motivated and dynamic, capable of coordinating operational activities during the shift, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and organization. The successful candidate will be a point of reference for the team and will actively contribute to achieving the sales targets of the store, ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced and stimulating environment. Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for opening or closing shifts of the Store
- Coordinate and manage goods entry (loading, unloading, and related documentation - delivery note)
- Manage the team in support of the Store Manager and daily priorities
- Ensure the correct execution of dining room and/or counter activities
- Ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Monitor customer service, intervening when necessary
- Support the management of orders, stock, and restocking,



back office, and inventory 1 or 2 times a month
- Mentor and motivate the team, fostering collaboration and efficiency
- Verify compliance with company procedures and HACCP
- Support the achievement of sales and productivity targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in coordination roles within food retail, catering, or large-scale distribution (GDO)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Operational attitude and customer orientation
- Ability to work in dynamic and high-pressure environments
- Flexible working hours and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of HACCP regulations is a preferential title
