Fleet Performance Compliance Engineer Posting Date: 17 Jul 2026 City: Genova Location: Genova, IT, 16128 Contract Type: Permanent Division: Marine Compliance, Classification & Statutory Cert Level of experience: Intermediate RINA is currently recruiting for a Fleet Performance Compliance Engineer to join its office in Genova within the Marine Compliance, Classification & Statutory Certification Division.​
Mission
The Fleet Performance Compliance Engineer is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of vessels within the fleet to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimal operational efficiency. The Fleet Performance Engineer works closely with MCFPP Head and MCLTS Head to analyse/investigate cases of Port State and Flag State inspections/detentions to identify shortcomings occurred within periodical surveys/audits previously carried out.



This activity is aimed at identifying corrective/preventive actions to enhance performance of Marine Operational Network in ensuring periodical/surveys audits are carried out with the highest effectiveness and full compliance with applicable class/statutory requirements and in the respect of applicable flag administration requirements and RINA procedures. The role involves survey reports analysis, data analysis, report generation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the classification society's mission of promoting safety and sustainability in the maritime industry.
