What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field; 1–2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing,

ideally with exposure to brand campaigns and video channels ; Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or DSPs ; Familiarity with brand-performance channels such as YouTube, Connected TV (CTV), and programmatic display; Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics/reporting tools; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions ; High proficiency in English and Italian; Strong communication and analytical skills; Curious and proactive mindset, with an interest in emerging marketing technologies; Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a sense of ownership.
What you’ll do: Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Connected TV, programmatic display and Google Ads, in 14 countries where we operate; Execute a test-and-learn approach by running A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and channel strategies across both brand
