The IET GTS Deployment Team supports the timely and compliant global deployment of Field Service Engineers, ensuring alignment with immigration, labor law, visa, work permit, and tax requirements across multiple countries. As a Deployment Operations Intern, you will support the deployment process by coordinating international assignments, maintaining deployment data, and assisting with mobility and compliance activities.



You will gain valuable exposure to Global Mobility, international operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.

During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects while developing your professional and technical skills.

You will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E;) culture of Baker Hughes, as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As an Intern, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the review and validation of Field Service Engineer assignment documentation. Assisting with the collection, tracking, and organization of visa and work permit documentation. Supporting the analysis of country-specific immigration and deployment
