Riassunto dell'opportunità da parte della Joinrs AI : Hilti offre un’opportunità di tirocinio strutturato di sei mesi rivolto a candidati con diploma IT (laurea preferibile) , che desiderano crescere in un ambiente internazionale. Il tirocinante supporterà il team IT nella gestione di assistenza tecnico-informatica, incidenti e richieste, collaborando con il Service Desk. La posizione prevede rimborso mensile di €900 , buoni pasto giornalieri da €8 e possibilità di lavoro da remoto fino al 50%.

Il processo di selezione sarà interamente gestito da Hilti.

What You'll do
- You will support the IT Team in providing assistance to employees across all IT services, including hardware, digital workplace, systems, applications, and equipment.
- You will follow established processes to manage incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.
- You will collaborate with the Service Desk Team to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
- You will contribute to maintaining high standards of IT service delivery and user satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

- IT diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Fluent English and Italian
