Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level assistance to Italian-speaking clients regarding vehicle inquiries, maintenance schedules, and technical support.
- Represent premium automotive brands by delivering expert advice and solutions via phone, email, and chat.




- Guide customers through automotive service processes, ensuring a seamless and luxury-standard user experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle diagnostics, and case history within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex automotive service-related issues effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive market trends and vehicle specifications to better advise our diverse client base.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Genuine interest in the automotive sector and a passion for customer excellence.
