For our client we are looking for a
Continuous Improvement Manager.
Responsabilità
Role Mission
- Support the CI Governance of Operations in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to cost savings and the enhancement of industrial performance across different plants;
- Identify suitable initiatives to support efficiency improvement objectives;
- Analyze cost distribution data (with the support of labor analysis, AFC, and all other relevant stakeholders) in order to identify potential opportunities;
- Evaluate the benefits of cost assessment and activity prioritization;
- Monitor projects throughout all execution phases;
- Track, with the support of AFC, the financial results of the identified initiatives and their impact on plant economic performance;
- Support the implementation of LPS and its systematic application.
Profilo
Required Skills
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret industrial KPIs;
- Knowledge of Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling);
- Good knowledge of Python for data analysis;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Familiarity with industrial environments and production processes;
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing methodologies;
- Ability to work in complex and cross-functional environments;
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical approach;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactivity and results-oriented mindset;
- Flexibility and willingness to work on-site at plants.
Experience & Background
- Degree, preferably in engineering;
- Experience in industrial, operations, or data analysis contexts;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Employment type: Permanent contract
- Annual gross salary (RAL) / compensation range: €50,000–€60,000 per year
