Product Manager Scottsdale, AZ About the Role We’re seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of features that enhance the experience for our users and internal stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, translate customer needs into solutions, and ensure our platform evolves to meet the demands of a growing market. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking abilities, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills, being able to work across multiple teams to synthesize information and determine requirements. They will have 5+ years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment. This role is in Scottsdale and is in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home. Duties & Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Technical Vision Define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with company goals and user needs. Use data, research, and market insights to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.



Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates priorities and progress to stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with Business Analysts, Associate Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality features. Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to enable successful product launches. Execution & Delivery Define clear, actionable requirements for new features and improvements through user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria. Manage product development from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives. Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, using data to iterate and improve.
