This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mobile technology and customer service. As a Mobile Support Specialist, you will assist Italian-speaking clients with their mobile device inquiries and technical issues, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat for mobile device-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues pertaining to mobile applications, connectivity, and device settings.
- Guide customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices and applications, offering tailored solutions based on their needs.
- Thoroughly document support interactions and solutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and improve support processes.




- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and to confirm satisfaction with provided support.
- Stay current on mobile technology trends and product updates to enhance your support capabilities.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in mobile support or technical support is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly related to mobile devices.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
