For our Milan office, we are looking for a CRM Manager with solid experience in Salesforce and in the operational management of CRM platforms in structured corporate environments. The resource, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications & CRM, will actively contribute to the transformation of the platform from an activity recording tool to a true predictive and relational CRM, supporting the commercial growth of all Business Lines. - Monitoring and continuous improvement of CRM data quality, completeness, and reliability
- Proactive management of duplicates, obsolete data, and compliance with EMEA data entry guidelines
