For the next season (spring/summer 2026), we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our Splendido team.
For those who are curious, passionate, and eager to grow, Room Dining is not just a position, it is the first step into the world of luxury hospitality.
Main Duties & Responsabilities
- This role sits at the heart of the hotel, connecting the kitchen, the bar, and the rooms division.
- Preparation and Set-up: Prepare and set up trays and trolleys for room service according to received orders and established presentation standards.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests upon delivery, answer any questions,



and ensure they have everything they need for a luxury experience.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized Room Service work area, including trolleys, trays, and equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and reception to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
- Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations and hotel service standards.
