Rethink and shape Processes. You work at the interface between production and development, analyze operations, and implement improvements in a structured and hands-on way. Your role

Your profile
- Completed technical training or a degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering,



materials science, or comparable)
- Basic understanding of production processes and technical interrelationships
- Interest and willingness to independently plan, conduct, and evaluate production trials, scale-up studies, and technical investigations
- An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work with a strong hands-on mindset
- Ability to work well in a team and to coordinate projects and tasks constructively
- Enjoyment of intercultural collaboration and international exchange
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications

For this full-time position (40 hours per week), the gross annual salary starts at 42,000 EUR and a variable bonu
