Key Responsibilities

- Resolve technical and service-related issues regarding booking, routing, and transit schedules.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve the quality of transportation support.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations within the transportation sector.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of interactions within the CRM system.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Professional proficiency in English to communicate within our international team.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
- Strong interest in the transportation industry and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is considered a strong asset for this position
