THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Advisor (Milan - 16h) to join our team in September 2026 who will deliver a unique and memorable experience to each client while actively contributing to the commercial success of the store . With a strong sales mindset, use of clienteling tools, and passion for people, you will represent ALOHAS values and play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving performance.

- Use the clienteling tool effectively — whether to capture client preferences, follow up after visits, suggest new products, or support retention efforts.
- Engage with customers in a meaningful way to maximize conversion and satisfaction.
- Handle questions, returns, and service situations with efficiency and care.
- Support a seamless shopping experience across online and offline channels.
