Contributes to the continuous improvement of the production process and to the training of people and their correct allocation within the production department and deployment. Monitors the department's KPIs (e.g.: volumes, waste, etc.); proposes improvement actions focused on the flexibility and productivity of the department and improvement actions aimed at optimizing production, in compliance with product safety and quality
