Specifically, when you join the Digital Customer Team in Milan as a CRM Junior Tech Consultant , you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey.



You will have the opportunity to work with new technologies, such as: Generative AI, CRM design and development, Marketing Automation . Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Project and develop customized configurations on the biggest CRM suites , tailored to the client’s needs, working with the low-code/no-code configuration and the most famous programming languages
- Collaborate to define new functional requirements for the suite , bringing an effective competitive advantage for the clients
- Follow the deployment of new releases , support the phases of testing and debugging, monitor pre- and post-transformation performance, and produce documentation about the improvements
