Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a Quality Process Analyst to join the Quality Department of the BU Cheese , at the Corteolona (PV) plant. The resource will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the conformity of production processes and finished products to defined quality standards, through constant monitoring. Collaborating in the identification of causes and deviations and corrective and/or preventive action plans;
- Monitoring and determining the quality of production processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards;
- Supervising the execution of tests on random samples of finished products and establishing the frequency and methods of sampling;
- Reporting non-conformities in the production process and defects in finished products and collaborating with other involved parties to resolve problems;




- Supporting the production line in improving and optimizing quality standards (product yield, humidity, other parameters, etc.).

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Degree in Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Biological Sciences, Chemistry;
- Previous work experience of 2-5 years;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel;
- Good knowledge of English, knowledge of French will be considered a plus;
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects;
- Determination, proactivity, autonomy;
- Excellent team work, problem-solving and leadership skills.
