⭕️ Max Streicher S.p.A. is a leading EPC contractor specializing in Oil & Gas infrastructure, pipelines, and industrial plants . Based in Parma, Italy , the company delivers projects nationally and internationally. ⭕️

We are looking for an HSE Officer to strengthen the HSE Team on our project in the Netherlands , involving the construction of the mechanical systems of a biorefinery.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring project HSE procedures, including operating instructions and Method Statements;
- Managing and controlling HSE documentation related to personnel, equipment, and subcontractors;
- Providing on-site operational support and collaborating with the Construction Management team and other project functions on HSE matters;
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and site safety regulations.

The role requires working on a continuous rotation assignment basis , with a 25 days on / 5 days off schedule ,

including a monthly return trip to Italy (travel arranged and covered by the company) and company-provided accommodation .
- Technical diploma or degree in an engineering or related technical discipline;
- At least 5 years of experience in HSE roles (e.g. ASPP, HSE Officer, or HSE Supervisor);
- Experience gained in industrial, infrastructure, or Oil & Gas environments;
- Good knowledge of HSE regulatory, technical, and management aspects;
- Ability to work independently in complex and structured construction site environments;
- English proficiency at least at B1/B2 level ;
- Willingness to work abroad on a rotational assignment basis .

The ideal candidate is reliable, well-organized, practical, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills in operational environments.
