For Platformswe are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RSC Regional Platform Cost & Competitiveness Manager at Savigliano site in Italy
Purpose of the job:

In charge for her/his Platform of :
Developing and implementing competitiveness strategies for projects, Ref.-Lib and products under R&D-development; Analyzing performance indicators and proposing improvement plans Coordinating with commercial, technical,



and financial teams to ensure profitability Overseeing benchmarking and market studies to identify competitiveness levers Delivering cost reductions with accurate QCDP commitments in a timely manner Managing project costs and ensuring clear cost-per-unit commitments Supporting Project Managers in financial reviews and action plan closures Develop and follow competitiveness actions on projects and tenders Managing competitiveness plans on the platform’s projects, reference libraries and reference solutions : driving during project development , implementation during tender preparation, monitoring during project execution Support pre-tendering / tendering activities and start of projects with reference libraries. Collecting ROE on relevant Projects Performance measurements:
Progress of Competitiveness action plan: volume/number of competitiveness actions proposed, progress of actions Educational Requirements
Mandatory: Engineering degree and/or Business School
Experience
Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in industry
Desirable:
Experience in Railway industry K
