In this role, you will engage with Italian-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and consultancy on their digital shopping experiences. Your insights will help enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales through effective digital strategies.

Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide expert guidance on digital store offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of products and services to effectively address customer needs.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on how to navigate and utilize digital store platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that enhance customer engagement.
- Gather customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement in the digital shopping experience.




- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to offer informed recommendations.
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints related to the digital store experience promptly and effectively.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably in the e-commerce or digital retail sector.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
