To support our growth, we are looking for a Global Category Manager – Logistics who will take ownership of our logistics category at a global level, driving strategy, innovation, and value creation across regions. This is a high-impact role for a procurement professional who combines strategic sourcing expertise with strong logistics know-how, and who thrives in complex, international environments. Your Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global category strategy for Logistics, with full ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFx, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting) for logistics services
- Drive cost optimization and value creation initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and related services
- Redesign and improve contractual frameworks and service models to enhance quality and performance
- Build and manage a global logistics supplier network,



ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with regional procurement teams and key stakeholders to ensure effective strategy execution
- Monitor logistics market trends (rates, capacity, risks) and proactively mitigate supply chain disruptions
- Lead digitalization and innovation initiatives (e.g. AI, data-driven sourcing, automation) within the logistics category

Your background
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management, with strong exposure to logistics
- Solid experience in logistics categories (transportation, freight, warehousing, 3PL/4PL, software/tool/ERP)
- Proven track record in managing global or multi-regional suppliers
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in logistics contracts and rate structures
- Deep understanding
