What You Will Do
- Lead engaging games, dance activities and entertainment programs for guests of all ages
- Encourage interaction among guests by breaking cultural and language barriers
- Plan and deliver daily animation activities aligned with guest expectations




- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and onboard revenue
- Handle guest feedback proactively, ensuring quick and effective solutions

Who You Are

Required
- Secondary school diploma (preferably in hospitality or tourism)
- Previous experience in entertainment (hotels, resorts or cruise ships)
- English level B1 or higher to communicate with an international guest base
- Additional European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish) at B1/B2 level
- Strong communication and public speaking skills to engage large audiences
- Positive attitude, adaptability and team spirit in a dynamic environment
- Experience working in multicultural teams
- Creative mindset with ability to design activities
